"Cleared the mind unlike anything experienced before. A peace one cannot buy, but only experience here or maybe after years of meditation, I suppose. Try it twice and turn off your mind and for the first time, one can hear your inner heart/mind connection is the best way to describe it… A peace one cannot attain through sleep, vacations or even food! Lol For some to know the cleanliness was more perfect than expected, and the staff is mostly committed health practitioners, so their commitment to your experience comes from them to you personally and effortlessly making you feel safe. The owner, Hardy is someone you should meet to truly get his mission and vision to service your mind, body and spirit. No kidding!!! "Me and my husband went together. Started with the sauna which is on the smaller side but it was very nice to sit together before plunging. You shower before plunging and we took turns plunging. Floating we both have never done so that was a new experience. The place is super clean and we already scheduled another session. Floating is a crazy experience, I actually fell asleep while floating. Very relaxing much needed. I felt very comfortable during the whole experience. The women up front who was directing us was very helpful"
