"It is not the same since owners retired. I have problems making appointments & this last time, I called & asked for someone specific on a specific date/time. I repeated the woman's name which I had wrong. The person on the phone NEVER said there was no such person- I would've then been able to give description & get appropriate apt. When I showed up, I gave my name, who I was supposed to see. Then he says I had the wrong name so I pointed to her desk. She was off that day. I didn't have time to reschedule cause it was for an event. I told him what I needed done including waxing. This guy asked if I would mind someone else take care of me. I consented.when mani/pedi was done I was told amt to be paid.i said I still have waxing. There was a woman working that day so I figured she would do it. I was THEN told there was no one to wax me that day! I feel like the guy who spoke to me when I arrived deceived me. He did not tell me that I couldn't get waxing done that day! It was early enough for me to go elsewhere but he wanted me to spend my money there. I've been going to this place for 20plus years and I NEVER had so many problems until Sam & Lisa were actively working in the salon. This was about my last bad experience there. I have to give kudos to Max. He gave me exactly what I wanted, and he was very kind."

"First and last time going there nails starting cracking the next day. They need to clean the place as well.i wanted a pedi,but was afraid I would get fungus on my feet. Will find another nail place.went back 2 days later,and the guy Sam was horrible my nails looked like I had chicklets gum they were so thick, plus he smokes while your nails are soaking disgusting smell.board of health needs to visit that place."

"If you do powder do not go there!! It was literally peeling off the next day. I went to them instead of my regular nail salon bc they were close to my job. When I was there another woman was there getting her nails fixed bc the same thing happened to her!!"

"Very clean, friendly staff and they ALL give great manicures! I get gel polish over my manicure and it lasts up to 3 weeks. They do a great job too because I never have a ridge or ‘bump’ to show where my nails are growing out. Their spa pedicures are also amazing. Very soothing and very relaxing."
