"Absolutely do not go here!!! My friend and I went here the other day because they were not packed and decided that that wasn’t a red flag. Well it is. We were in there for over 2 hours!! Our nails are crooked and look more like duck beaks than nails. It has been one day and both of our nails are already chipping off. Also the place is extremely expensive they told me it was $80!!! That’s absolutely insane for a manicure with tips! I have never been so unhappy. A child could do better. I’ll stick with my press on’s."

"I have come here 3 times and this is my last. 3 different people have done my pedi and all 3 times my nails are cut crooked on both feet?? Some of the nails aren’t even painted all the way. I paid 40$ for a regular mani pedi and 61$ for a gel mani and regular pedi. That’s way too much imo, especially when the nails come out looking rushed. Also zero conversation from the nail techs :/ I don’t really like to chat but to not say a word to your customer is kind of off putting… I started coming to this place bc it is right by my work so it’s convenient but ig I’ll go back to my old place bc it’s 18$ for a pedi (which includes callus removal..), they make an effort with customer service, and my nails are even and fully painted every time. Word of the wise, read the reviews (and store owner responses) for this place before you go."

"I'm just typical guy trying to get manicure and pedicure & leave. $52 for manicure pedicure + callus removal (I wasn't informed it's extra) + $8 tip. $60 total for 21 minutes. Bad experience: Rushed, no attention to details, upselling callus removal without mentioning it's extra (I'm actually shocked it's not included it's industry standard from my experience). Overpriced for this type of job & environment. Nicole was who "took care of me" I'm nails are scratched on the surface too No back massage (on the chair) Leg massage was the only ok part. I live 2 minutes away. It was convenient so I stepped in without looking at the reviews, which I sometimes think people exaggerate, but not in this case."

"My best friend & I went this past Friday and they totally rushed us.. the prices are SO expensive for poor quality work. She paid so much money for our nails and my gel nail polish is already coming right off.. SO disappointed!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"
