"Not only did nicole give me my dream hair and Exceed my expectation by a LONG SHOT, but she literally taught me so many tips about color & formulation, she also walked me through her little tricks on how to achieve perfect results! I basically also got free education during my appointment (WHICH IS AMAZING for me as an inspiring colorist who’s in school for cosmetology!) She literally walked me through every single step of what she was doing and why. Not a SINGLE stand of my hair was broken during the lighting process IN FACT my hair felt 10x more healthy and somehow longer YES LONGER AND I DID NOT GET EXTENSIONS . I realize that’s not possible and i sound insane but im not joking my hair feels longer, healthier and stronger! I’ve never walked out of a hair appointment for a vivid color 100% happy (because i realize as a stylist myself they’re extremely hard to pull off and it’s a VERY difficult Thing to do) but WOW this girl is a WIZARD! Not to mention the salon atmosphere was so fun, chill, welcoming and amazing. 10/10 would recommend. I will be back as a forever client and fly all the way to newyork to see her again i have NEVER felt more confident thank you luxcity!"
