"Called yesterday, asking if they’d be open and take walks ins, was told “yes, no appointment needed” went in today... two barbers, one with an empty chair... and was turned away, told if I didn’t have an appointment they couldn’t take me.. and they couldn’t put a walk in before an appointment coming in..really??? You’re being closed i definately tonight? And you’re turning customers away???? Bad business practice. Period."

"I've left a review in the past that just said very long wait. This time I will go into detail as to why the wait is so long and why you should go someplace else for a haircut. So I went to get a haircut on my lunch break. I was next I line with 3 barbers all cutting hair. Nobody else is waiting. I just need a quick fade. Should be 10 minutes in the chair. 15 minutes passed and one barber finished and got paid and left for the day. 15 minutes later the other barber finally finished with his basic kids fade. So he went to the restroom and I was still the only one waiting. Someone else walked in and now two of us are waiting. So the barber comes out of the restroom and says hi to the guy that just walked in and takes him and tells me the other guy got me next. Such a show a disrespect. I've been waiting over 30 minutes just so he could cut his friends hair because what did he call in and set a time up to get a fade. Come on it would take 10 minutes to cut my hair. And show some respect for a customer. My money is as green as anyone's. Never get your haircut here not due to a bad cut but due to bad business practices."

"Came here based on a recommendation that they were good with kids cuts. Wound up with nothing but terrible service and experience here . Went in to get my sons haircut, signed in and sat to wait as both barbers had just started on other customers. 15 min later a guy comes in, signs in and waits. Another 15 min later a guy and his wife and kids walk in. First barber finishes up shortly after and comes up front and takes the last guy who just walked in to the back for his cut. Doesn't even acknowledge anyone else or the sign in list. Second barber also finishes up few minutes later, and takes the guy who walked in after us. Again no regard to us or fact we'd now been waiting over 30 minutes with a kid. Got up and walked out. Never again. If i could give 0 stars i would."

"Walked in to get a haircut for my 2-year old. I figured since they had toys in the waiting area this place would be kid friendly. We waited approximately 45 minutes to be skipped over twice. We were the only ones waiting for them to finish up their current customers & we watched two of their "boys" come in who didn't have appointments - they took them right away and didn't say a word to us. It seemed like both barbers that were on, couldn't care less to be bothered with my 2-year old. Very unprofessional!"
