"Phenix is the place to be. My clients absolutely love it here as do I. The atmosphere alone makes you feel like a million bucks. Demetri, the owner, is truly amazing to work with. It took me a little while to find the right suite location, and one conversation with Demetri I knew phenix was it. I’ve rented in other big named suites, but I didn’t feel at home the way I do here. "I rent a suite at Phenix and absolutely love it along with all my clients!! Demetri the owner of the building has been the absolute best to work with!! He made the whole transition to opening up a business so easy and has been so supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. The building is beautifully kept and handicap accessible. There’s plenty of parking and the location is perfect. Other added bonuses to renting here is the free laundry room, break room, waiting areas for clients, a dumpster right outside the back door and security system that makes us feel safe especially when working late nights as we have 24/7 access. I would highly recommend anyone looking to open a salon suite come visit Demetri you will not be disappointed!!!!"
