"The management team is competent in running the facility and caring for patients. However, there is a pressing concern regarding inadequate staffing levels. Several staff members have expressed that this situation has contributed to a challenging and potentially toxic work environment. As an observer, I have noticed signs of strain and stress among the current staff, especially in the aids department. In light of these observations, I respectfully suggest that the senior management prioritize the mental well-being of the staff, considering the demanding nature of their roles and the relatively modest compensation they receive."

"I worked for Heritage Green for 1 month and ended up having foot issues. My doctor removed me from my unit attendent position that I was in and stated that I should be on on desk or position that is off my feet. Prior to me starting work I went for the receptionist position cause I know the problems with my feet. They asked me which position I would prefer and I said receptionist but instead they put me on the floor. Now I ended up being put on medical leave and I had to have surgery. Heritage has yet to say if they can accommodate my situation nor even tell me if I still have a job. I've reached out numerous times and they have not said anything. Not your fired we let you go nothing. They are the worst place to work for they don't care about there employees at all!!!!! Don't ever work for them!!!!.."
