"Walked in for Manny/Peddy as a new customer. Paid $38 for a spa pedicure that was basically a regular pedicure with a massage. Asked about adding callus remover and was told it would be $12 more even though the next level Spa pedicure was 48. Charged me an extra dollar to put the tip on my debit card. Not a good value for price paid."

"my hands are currently green and bleeding after my appointment. Would not recommend going here unless you want to look like the hulk and not be able to wash you hands without it stinging. The actually manicure is god awful. I got the powder manicure and if looks awful. This place is a no go."

"I've been a customer here for a few years and I always have a great experience. Water is provided upon arrival and they always have a fun movie on during your stay. More extensive pedicure menu than other local places and have more updated massage chairs. Definitely recommend this nail salon over others in the area for a pedicure. However, I don't get my gel or sns manicures here as I feel they don't use the best quality products for your hands. Color doesn't come out as pictured on sample and they tend to chip very easily."

"We have been customers for a few years. They strarted out with good customer service and have slowly gone down hill. I’m not quick to judge, because I understand that sometimes we have bad days and no one is perfect. Today, however was really bad. We came in for two pedicures, we were asked as usual to pick a color. We were seated and waited about 10-15 mins. We got called to two chairs. My pedicure got started and my nail tech was distracted by her cell phone. She answered her cell phone while giving me a pedicure. She stayed on the phone with Verizon, going through voice prompts etc. My water was cold, she rushed through, no leg or foot massage... I was getting polished, and my wife’s pedicure never started! Her feet were in cold water... no pedicure, no conversation. She asked for warm water while she patiently waited... then they called on two others that were in waiting area, as she sat... My pedicure was done, at this point my wife asked for a towel because she was ignored and done waiting. No towel, no apologies , no excuses... nothing. She got her things and walked out... I paid for mine, again no apologies and my nail tech was still on the phone... talk about BS! And a pedicure alone is $25 ! Never will set foot in there again!! Shame on Nail Trends!!"
