There has been times I was unable to schedule an appointment online because she was fully booked, however, she still found time to squeeze me in. Additionally, she understands the importance of good customer service, every time a customer walks in she warmly welcomes them and greets them by name. The atmosphere in the shop amongst the ladies is always so positive with everyone complimenting one another and engaging in conversation.
