"First off, the website needs to be updated. Out of all the slides only two were available because of “rusted pipes.” I understand that’s not their fault but atleast give us a warning before wasting our money, they gave us no refunds even though they knew about the slides just didn’t tell us. Secondly, the lifeguards have no respect and you get kicked out if you don’t walk. Seriously? I get it’s for our safety but there are literal kids jumping in the pool and splashing everyone getting a sun tan. Do NOT come here and please Avoid it. Not to mention how it’s the most ghetto place ever"
"only one star. to start we spent 80$ for 2 slides and 1 pool (that spelled like badussy). the pool was in horrible condition and the bathroom stalls don’t got no lock. the slides were not even fun. and 80$ for the whole day may not be bad but for only 2 water slides and 1 pool… let’s just say that aren’t fun. there was not price drop from when there were more slides from not. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED"
"i don’t even wanna give ONE star to this place.. it’s AWFUL. we spent 80 dollars to get our family a all day pass. we walked into the water park excited but, we didn’t see much. first, all the locks were missing off of the bathroom doors. HELLO? sounds like a open opportunity for your kids to be violated. the pool was in terrible condition. there is only TWO water slides because they had to take all the other ones out. the lifeguards were careless as well. 1 STAR!!!"
"We’ve been coming here for years and this time within 5 minutes of being here I was done. The splash pad is closed, so little kids only have the pool. We had to ask for a discount since it was closed, that they proceeded to not give to other families coming in. My almost 7 year old was yelled at by a lifeguard as soon as she got into the pool for not having a parent with her, even though I wasn’t even 4 feet away. So when I did finally get in with her, as soon as she got out of arms reach of me (she’s almost 7, a great swimmer, but had a puddle jumper on just in case) the life guard told me if she wasn’t within arms reach of me she needed to get out. We’ve been coming here for years and the kids have always been fine to be in the pool, as long as we were watching them and close by we didn’t even have to be in the pool. I went to the manager and she said she’d talk to the life guard, but that it was a “rule”. The life guard switched out and didn’t realize I was behind her while she called me awful and terrible and said she couldn’t stand me. The manager just came out while I was typing this and made another scene about my 6 year old so she’s terrified to get in the water. We will never be back. Awful management and staff."
