"They are understaff and need to stop booking so many clients around the same time. Claudia is awesome, she is the only one doing all the work and juggles between 3-4 clients within the hour. So you’re not getting your money’s worth nor do you get the care you need as you’re sharing time with others. You will Spend more time waiting than being serviced. Martha always seem to be downstairs while Claudia does all the work.. They definitely need more staff asap."

"Ladies Beware ! At first glance this place looks professional and well organized but boy was I wrong ! I made an appointment for treatment and soon as I arrived the lady at the front desk told me I needed a consultation. I didn’t think anything of it, so I agreed. I felt as if the whole consultation consisted of the owner trying to up sell me on collagen pills and body braces, she also recommended that I do almost every treatment available at the spa which is all just a selling scheme and seemed pretty ridiculous. I ignored the consultation and just proceeded to the treatment which was also gut wrenching. I felt like a piece of meat in a chop shop. I felt like I was laying on the table for an eternity!! I was not expecting to be laying on a table in a room with 5 other girls and the worst part is that It was literally 1 girl running around the room trying to accomplish massages & treatments on 6 girls. I didn’t not feel well taken care of at all, at one point the young lady left the room to attend another girl who had just walked in and completely forgot about the suction cups she had placed on me. After the pressure become unbearable I yelled for attendance and the young lady came in only to realize that the suction cups were to tight and actually left a bruise on my behind. It’s been 8 days and the bruise still remains although it is getting lighter. Just stay away ! I think this place was bought over by new owners and are just scamming people."
