"As a first timer, I would say that they do a great job. The braids weren’t painful and didn’t take too long as everyone was rotating between heads. My only issue was that it would’ve been nice if they renegotiated the price with me. I got passion twists which meant I had to provide the hair and I wanted them to be long but rather they only reached a little after my shoulders. Granted there was a lack of communication on my end but 160 didn’t seem very reasonable for such a short length. But all in all, I would definitely go back and recommend others to stop by as well."

"My first time visiting the salon wasn’t the best experience. I had an appointment for 10 am and paid my deposit for that time and she didn’t start my hair until 1 -2 o clock . I didn’t know that it was her whole family on my head so some braids were done opposite ways cause all of them started braiding on my head . The prices were good though I must say and they were nice I just think they need to be more organized and considerate of people time cause she has a late policy but she was the one late by like 3 hours"

"Very proud of the way my braids came out. I paid $200 for knotless and they are very long and were neatly done in only 4 hours. They did not feel heavy when i got them done and weren’t too tight at all. It was a tight space and had a lot of people in there when I first came in. I would definitely go back tho!"
