"I had laser hair removal here, full legs package (and other areas). The front desk staff and the technicians were lovely and professional. Unfortunately, I didn't have good results. I spoke with the manager when I was noticing very little effect and she told me that she "tells everyone to expect up to 80% removal during the consultation" but I know for sure that she hadn't told me told that - because I wouldn't have done it. It's an expensive decision that I didn't take lightly. My sister and mom both had complete results at a different place so I was hoping for smooth legs! We were on the same page about that during my consultation so I bought the package. Unfortunately, even after being given one extra session (thank you) and paying an extra discounted package for additional sessions, I have maybe 60% reduction in my leg hair. I have to shave just as often. I'm not planning to post pictures of my leg hair online but for reference I'm pale with medium tone, thick hair. I'm sorry to post a negative review, but I would have wanted to know what to expect before committing so much money."
