"This is my go-to massage and I’d always go for Tina. But today she wasn’t in and I had Amy. To be honest I felt so much pain instead of relaxation. During the massage I got so dizzy cause the way she massaged me was like shaking me or what. I just wasn’t please. This used to be a great place. I don’t know what’s happening."
"I really like this place & my masseuse this time named Cindy but she forgot to oil & massage my left leg. She had oiled & massaged the right but went straight into the warm towel & stone to clean off the oil, without having done the left leg. This is the first time EVER in maybe near about a hundred of massages I’ve gotten that a masseuse forgot to do both sides. Disappointed in management who I eventually told at payment & just looked at me with googlely eyes & just continued on to take my payment. I just gave less tip than my usual. *** UPDATE 7/30/24 Manger/owner immediately called to acknowledge my comment at the front desk & my timely review, he was very sorry & spoke to the employee which I hope she’s not in trouble because she was very good! I still had a great time but wanted to express what was missing from the usual protocol… I also learned to tell them upfront now while on the table and to acknowledge that we all make mistakes sometimes because we’re human. He offered a kind gesture for my next visit & have changed my review from 3 stars to 5"
"I was very happy after the massage. Unfortunately the person at the reception ruined my experience. I went with my wife and my mother, when I paid with my credit card she told me that the tip could only be paid in cash. I only had 15 dollars in cash so I handed it over, the receptionist in a very unfriendly tone told me that the minimum was 20%. I am a person who values work and I like to tip but I really only had the $15 in cash. I felt pressured and the worst of all was that she pretended not to understand my English when I communicate daily. I felt racism and pressure. In the end when she realized that I seriously didn't have any more cash, she wanted to accept my credit card. Ridiculous"
