"Hasn't even been a week yet and I paid 200$ for box braids, and they are falling out and are so tight it's pulling my hair straight out the roots. Very disappointing. They had a great customer service, but this is the first time I've ever experienced this with box braids."

"I have been a customer here for quite a while , customer service has definitely dropped significantly in the past year . After asking for knotless braids mid back length and getting told 250 which is ridiculous when i come here all the time the prices change everytime. It use to be ok but now its all about the money . And sometimes they will have you waiting allday and never get to you when you could have went somewhere else these people dont care about anyone elses time or money . "Very over priced for shorter length. The back of my hair is shorter than the front I had to go back and now its still slightly not the same length, the middle part isn't straight and they didn't use all of the hair after practically forcing me to get 5 packs. I have hair left I don't need. As professionals they did not keep track of the hair I gave them and the length is uneven. . . and the twists aren't the best. . please go elsewhere or be prepared to monitor to make sure you get what you want. It's been a 3 days and my hair is already frizzy?? Update: 2022 Last minute I needed braids gave this place a chance again and I called and asked for a price when I got there they changed the price and I had to tell them I called previously. They do this to people all the time, also every braid had my natural hair poking out right AFTER I finished!! I had to go back for them to fix it!! Instead of blow drying my hair more or tucking it they braided my hair and could clearly see my hair poking out and waited for me to say something?? This place is a joke and if you call them out they seem like they do things on purpose.."
