"Worst, absolute worst salon experience I've had. This review is about the service provided. The ladies seemed nice enough. But absolutely worst washing+blow dry experience I've ever had. The wash- felt damaging more then relaxing. I had water all down my back and in my ears. They had to blow dry my shirt dry. The blow dry done did not last AT ALL. My hair looked as if I had straightened it myself. It came out sooo dry they did not use good salon quality product. At any other salon my hair would hold up and would look shiny. This was by far the worst. I wanted the salon look. It looked as though I did it myself, which I could have done and avoided the 50+tip. Oh well. Just don't go here."

"My daughter went to get her hair dyed at the roots and was sitting there for over 6 hours. She said your girl who was doing her hair ended up sitting in a chair to get her hair done while my daughter sat waiting under a blower. She said after they dyed her hair it didn’t come out right so they dyed it a 2nd time. I told her to just get herself out of there b/c her total experience was horrible. When they saw she wanted to leave they started to blow out her hair. They wouldn’t take a credit card only cash and Zelle. They charged her $275!!! I have NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A RIDICULOUS CHARGE. She said no one spoke English and it was the worst experience ever!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. By the way her hair is shoulder length so not long at all. It was her 1st trying them AND LAST!!! I will be telling everyone I know to beware of this place."

"This place is nice looking and clean, had great service however, I went here twice and paid over $300 each time just to end up with the color I did not ask for. Two times I asked for midnight blue hair and I ended up with a blue that was too light. A blue that wasn’t even close to the pictures that I had showed them. After I didn’t get the color I wanted the first time, I came a second time because I thought that maybe someone else could give me the results I wanted but nope. Came out with a blue that even had green tones in it. Over $600 wasted and down the drain. Did my hair come out looking nice? Yes. But was it the color that I wanted? No. And for the amount of money they charge that is unacceptable."

"Highly recommend Coy Beauty. I had my hair looking extremely horrible and needed the color corrected and that’s exactly what they did! I told Nicholas to please fix it and told him what I wanted. He assured me that he was able to fix it. He gave me the perfect color with beautiful highlights. I walked out of there super HAPPY with my results! I’ll definitely be going back for all my hair needs."
