"I do not recommend coming here!! Why would I keep paying for a service that should have ended. I paid every month full! I will take it as far as I can because I have only been here once!!! Took my business elsewhere and continued and here you are trying to tell me I have to pay for another session!!! And then as I’m trying to speak be my spoken over rude asl of a staff! Get y’all business together. I also should have read the review because clearly I’m not the only one!"
"I would not recommend this location. When you cancel your monthly membership and still have a certain amount of massages left , they don’t tell you that you have 2 months to use the remainder. They just tell you what month it will be canceled and you lose out on the rest."
"Tried to cancel my membership multiple times and was told if I kept the membership, I’d get the next session free. Less than a week later I was charged again. Their policies are strict and inconvenient. Too much money for poor customer service. Only giving 2 stars because the estheticians were nice but management is a mess. I don’t recommend this location to anyone."
