"So I recall when hawaii spa first opened, I came to try it then mamasan opened the door then closd the door. I wasnt allowed to get serviced at all. It was my first time so there was no situation at all. I am still not able to enter. Doesn't even ask if I have money or of age. Please help me. I want to check out the pretty girls however I don't even make it to the inside. It goes as far as the outside of the door. never was allowed here even the first time. I didn't do anything. I just knocked and she opens then close the door. I have the money and id however doesnt even ask me. she immediately turns me away. Someone help me."

"This place is no good at all! The first time i went to try myself and the person didn't let me in! I haven't go ne here as it was my first time so very confused! next time I went person threatened to hit me with the broom! Very scary! This place shoudn't even exist in my great town! Also there is a family living here with children! Child services have to take them away! These children are hearing the sounds that are made here! this isn't safe for children to listen to!! Child endangerment! makes sense though as they don't speak english at all they don't know the laws at all not surprised if they are undocumented! Please go somewhere else! I thought I would have died thats how scary it is! So threatening! UPDATE: i still am not even allowed to go still even though I have the money! as soon as the door opens, it immediately closes! reason for this might align with my age however she doesn't even ask to see it prior to making me leave! i am of age and i have money however the mamasan doesn't give me a chance. If i am allowed to go i will delete this however until the mamasan lets me know itll stand!!! PLEASE TELL ME WHY I cant go inside! Please tell me why! i haven't done anything"

"I’ve been all over the area before I found this place. Staff is extremely nice and the place is always clean, this is by far my go to place. And when I first met Julia, oh she’s so good! I wouldn’t return if I can’t get it with Julia, she’s just the best!"

"Absolutely unimpressed by this shop. Staff was rude, there were empty water bottles in the waiting area on the couch where I waited. The bathroom area was quite filthy, they do not seem to clean the toilet or the area around it. The masseuse had a strange smell too. Would appreciate it if this place would clean up and if the staff would keep up with their hygiene. Will probably not be visiting anytime soon."
