"I made a chair massage appointment for two people (30 min). However, when we arrived at 9 pm, no chairs were set up, and they weren't ready for us at all. A woman eventually started setting up chairs, which took like 5 minutes. Furthermore, she was the only available person. While she began massaging me, my friend decided to cancel after waiting for another five minutes with no one showing up for him. I shortened my massage to 20 minutes because I didn’t want him to wait for me. Even though the woman took more than five minutes to prepare, she finished my massage at 9:20pm. Notably, there was no timer set for my massage, and it was definitely less than 15 minutes. This place is highly disorganized, and the facilities are unclean. I would recommend staying away from it."
"Massage great BUT I will unfortunately not be going back for the simple fact that they make you feel uncomfortable by demanding more money after you give them a 20% tip. The lady literally told me "not enough". A higher tip above the average 18% is absolutely at MY discretion and if you expect more than that then state it upon booking or simply increase your service prices."
