Cozy Massage & Facial

"I went here with my hopes high up in the sky because I am a five minute walk away. I really wanted to like this place and make it my go to. I want to start off by saying anyone giving their facials a good review most definitely never had a good facial experience. They don’t know what to expect and are just blindly saying this is good. I also want to mention I never got a massage here so I cannot speak for that. I do not know the name of the woman who did my facial but as soon as I went in I felt rushed. I asked her if there is a robe I can change into and she said no, implying it won’t be necessary, mind you I was wearing a collared shirt. Now usually a good facial involves some light massage of neck, shoulder, even chest but that did not happen at all. Okay, fair. A facial means face right? So maybe some hand gua sha or massage or movement of face muscles/ skin? Nope. It was literally just apply product after product and remove, some extractions and a mask at the end while she awkwardly sits in the room waiting for mask time to be over. For the price, the service is wholly underwhelming. For less than that you can get amazing service elsewhere. I guess lack of competition here in this neighborhood allows them to get away with it. The only reason I gave it two stars was that I did not break out later from the products, my skin was hydrated, the place is clean and she gave me a water bottle at the end of the facial."

"Every experience I've had at this establishment is a great one! Though I've been able to walk in and be serviced on occasion, it's best to secure an appointment as they're booked and busy. I've had the pleasure of indulging in 90-minute massages and simple facials. The staff are straight to the point, but courteous. Highly recommend!"

"I have been a long time, repeat client of Cozy since its opening, as well as its sister nail salon location two doors down. I have long moved out of the neighborhood but still come down from Westchester County regularly for their services. Everyone I have encountered at Cozy has been wonderful, the owners included. I have had various massage therapists throughout the years and they have all provided top notch services. It's definitely a warm and cozy environment."

"This isn’t my favorite massage spot but it’s close enough so I usually default there. Some of the masseuses are much better than others. So for me it’s hit or miss. The ambiance is great. Smells great. It’s very clean. The Music is soothing and tranquil. I just feel like some of the workers need better training! Training needs to be standardized so the customer gets the same quality experience every time regardless of masseuse."

"I had such a great experience. Yuri was so nice. I got a facial . The place is clean and smelled great. She took her time with me. She gave me some techniques to use at home. I'll definitely go back again. Prices were average. I felt it was worth every dollar. My facial took 50 minutes."
