"Love this location! They are always knowledgeable and great customer service! Few days ago I went to get color correction that the salon professional made my virgin light brown hair (with some gray) dark brown/black on my light skin tone. The store associate was very attentive despite multi tasking (she was the only one at that time). I explained my story and showed before pictures. She suggested Iroiro Color Remover. I couldn’t believe how simple the process was, no harsh smell and most of all, it worked! It lighten it enough to make me satisfied. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but I really appreciated her assistance."
