"Just so happen to google to see what time they open and could not help but read the crazy bad reviews. I wanted to pop on and just say that I have been in buisness next door from this location for a little over 3 years now and they have been nothing but helpful, accommodating and they go above and beyond. They know i use loreal so i ALWAYS get a courtesy phone call whenever they are going to be having a sale. They have delivered a color i was missing when not being able to come grab it, the one girl even offered to stay open an extra 5 minutes until i got there because i was in desperate need of something particular for the next morning! Im in here all the time and they always greet me by my name they feel more like family to me and i think thats an amazing way to feel walking into a store. Thank you girls for always being amazing!"
"I have been shopping at this location for a very long time . Today I had a horrible experience and I do not like the way I was treated . Jennifer B is the associate that checked me out and was extremely unprofessional. Today I went in there with my three-year-old. I wanted to purchase with everything I had the avocado stuffed animal from matrix. They said it wasn't for sale , I told my daughter, she placed it down somewhere, not in its original place. I took all my items to the car with their shopping cart and when I came back to return the cart they're all looking at me like I stole the avocado, wanting to know where this little stuffed animal went. Jennifer B went out of her way to ask and ridicule me in front of everyone for a stuffed animal that they probably get for free. I am very upset, your employees should have looked for it instead of looking at me like I took it. It’s not like they do not recognize me. I am there all the time . I have never been humiliated like this is in my life and will not return to this store . Since changes in staff this store has not been the same . They can't even punch in a coupon code because they said I have to do that myself . With the old manager there my shopping experience has always been pleasant . Just wanted to share my story with everyone so that you know the type of unprofessionals here . I will be shopping at cosmoprof from now on ."
"I went shopping at this location and bought a mens clipper. It’s the holiday season so it’s pretty busy in salons and I can’t make ot back to the store to return. I sent my husband in to return it because the clipper is damaged. When he got there he had the recipes which I paid cash with. They gave him a hard time and turned him away and told him I needed to be there for the return. Danielle the manager didn’t even come out to speak to him after he asked to speak to the manager. Can someone please explain how I needed to be there to process a return that was paid for in cash with a receipt. After I go to this location to get my money back- I will never be back to this location due to the poor customer service."
"The manager in this location is very unprofessional, rude, and stares at you throughout the store until you make a purchase. When making the purchase I inquired about a coupons details that’s given through email to those that shop the first week of December . Why did I !!! She made a big deal about it being through email vs in physical paper as if it should make a difference on whether it should be applied or not. And they stalk your profile as if you don’t go shop there every week to make sure you are licensed, along with a nasty attitude her name is Danielle along with her assistant “manager” ."
"I am a loyal customer who shops here about 3 times a week. I went in as usual and gave them my phone number as I always do. And they could not pull up my account by my name or phone number. MIND YOU....i shop there every week and give the same information and now they tell me they do not have me in the system????? I called and spoke to Danielle who advised to stop in with my drivers license and cosmetology license. So now I have to go out of my way to verify my identity when I shop there every week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So frustrating that they do not know what they are doing. Will no longer be shopping there."
