"I’m giving a 2 start review because honestly with my experience it felt like they work bese by time and money then actually caring about there outcome. I went to take my extension out and a big chop, there was 2 of them who were doing my hair so the first one was lovely she took a her time, taking my extensions I felt nothing, no pain, she was gentle as well of washing my hair. However when it came to the other women witch sadly I don’t remember there names, I show her a picture of what I wanted and ofc I understand is not going to come out exactly how the picture is because I have a different texture of hair but I apart from the cut I was looking for a hairstyle similar to what I showed her. while she was cutting my hair she did alright and at the end it looked like she was just going to leave me with my hair up and style, then I continued and ash her can she put it down because that’s what I wanted she she said “I could try” now I’m a very understanding person if you don’t know how to deal with short hair that’s totally fine she could’ve said that in the first place but she continued and did a horrible hairstyle. I didn’t took no pictures because of the disappointment and when I got home I proceeded to do my own hair after paying $60+ for a service. Honestly I won’t recommend going there, I felt like she didn’t have no knowledge when it came to really short curly hair."
