"I’m disturbed by my experience. I booked for two women, myself and my mom. My mom received a female masseuse. When I laid on the table, the front desk man appeared in the room with a female masseuse. The front desk old man stayed to massage me… I thought it was strange but didn’t wanna be rude… during the massage he pulled my underwear down too far (I could feel half my butt is exposed) for comfort and focused there too much and I couldn’t take it. So I said, “only head, face and feet,” and pulled my underwear back up myself. He noticed the gesture and asked if I wanted a female and I said yes. He brings over a female masseuse and explains to the female in Chinese what I asked for, “head, shoulders, etc.” I lay my face back down against the table and receive the rest of the massage. I intermittently made comments about the massage and the masseuse would respond with simple answers but each time, the voice sounded more masculine. Towards the end I asked to turn so the masseuse can finally massage my face AND IT IS THE OLD MAN STILL MASSAGING ME. I SWEAR HE TRIED TO MASK HIS VOICE. I’m grossed out and can’t stop thinking about the experience. He lied to me and he switched back in to massage me even though he said he would have a female do the rest! My mom even asked her masseuse while receiving her massage and apparently there were 4 women able to massage that day. I am more upset the longer I think about this experience because the default should’ve been a woman for me, especially since they had enough and I saw the women available. That SHOULD BE the best business practice, common sense. Even more egregious is how he tricked me by switching his position with the woman he brought in briefly to explain how I want to be massaged. When did he do it? Immediately after I put my face down on the table? Since I couldn’t see anymore? I don’t know, but he lied, my trust was violated, I feel violated, and I’m upset and grossed out. 咸猪手 Now, I hate to leave a one star a business, but the owner must know so they can rectify this. And if the old man is the owner, then he deserves to be affected by this."

"The attitude of the employees in this store is very small. They dress up one by one. They don't know that they think it's the worst thing. Their methods are really bad and rubbish. I really regret that this is a newly opened store. Please don't come."

"5 stars because the place redeemed itself through Anna. I would have given this place a 3 star review based on my first two experiences. I had a full body massage and it wasn't great. The masseuse was good the first 30 minutes and completely lacked pressure and effort the rest of the time. Went back with my husband for a foot massage. The lady doing my nails kept on stepping away to answer phone calls. It took away time from my massage. I am providing this feedback in hopes that management will improve on the matter. Today I was desperate for a massage, booked last minute, and was given Anna upon requesting someone who can give hard pressure. Anna's massage was very good and she really listened to my requests. I have been to fancier spas where I felt every movement was calculated based on time booked. I really wanted someone who will listen and spend more time of problem areas. My back was really sore and she really gave it a good massage. I tell you, a lot of therapists do not listen and Anna listened very well. I'm very happy with her massage and came back feeling much better. I will be back for sure."
