There are tvs in the rooms where you can stream from several apps. Every time I go I leave feeling like a brand new person. Definitely recommend you give it a try. It is worth the investment!"
"What an awesome experience!! Nothing like sweating it out in the winter time. My skin felt amazing after being in the sauna for 40 minutes at 135 degrees. The booths are totally private-equipped with speakers to a big screen TV! The TVs have all the bells and whistles connected to all your favorite streaming services to watch your favorite TV shows while you sweat it out or there are plenty of relaxing meditation videos to zen out. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly! The saunas themselves are controlled within so you can be totally manage the heat and the lights. The infrared red lights were super healing. "I needed a sauna day and couldn't wait for this experience. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked into a really nice place. I was greeted by Joseph, and he was super helpful. He directed me to my room and explained everything. I went into the room and watched Netflix for my 40-minute sauna. The red light and the heat were at a perfect temp. After 40 minutes, I felt rejuvenated! The experience was great!"
