"AN UNSAFE PLACE: This company has engaged in financial scam tactics. Fraudulently charged my credit card around 150 dollars, and I have never received money back despite making a BBB (Better Business Bureau) complaint that was not responded to. As of this writing, MassageLuxe in Wycoff is not BBB accredited and has an F rating on that site. I have seen other online complaints regarding MasageLuxe’s inappropriate financial behavior (mostly by women, so it seems they are generally targeting a specific gender). One star for good massage therapists who could do a lot better than be affiliated with a company that engages in fraudulent billing practices. Also MassageLuxe International is being sued for 100 million dollars for sexual abuse."

"I’ve been going here for a little over a year and I’ve had amazing experiences especially with Diana for my massages. I am currently pregnant and love my monthly prenatal massages. Customer service is great, had a minimal experience with a different massage therapist and the manager was very helpful in listening to my concerns and I felt that she took me very seriously. The front desk staff that I have encountered lack the skills and grace to provide good customer service. A mistake was made by the receptionist who booked my initial appointment and instead of handling it professionally, the person rescheduling my appointment, was speaking to me like she had to win at "I'm right, you're wrong". It was unprofessional and it was an off putting way to start off a “luxury” spa experience. Dana's services were just okay. It wasn't the best facial I've gotten and it wasn't the worst. Maybe it was the products that were used or the technique, but my skin looked and felt almost the same as when I walked in. I didn't get a feeling like I just got a $90 facial. My appointment was scheduled for 4 PM and I came to my appointment 3 minutes late, which cut into my session time (totally fine, that's on me) but I walked out of the massage room at 4:54 PM. That includes the 3 minutes I was late, filling out the information on the iPad, and changing into a robe. When I was checking out after being asked, "how was everything?", I mentioned to the receptionist I was not completely satisfied with the facial. Her tone of voice when responding was again unapologetically, "I'm right, you're wrong". She said it’s because I was late and I needed to rush to my next appointment. So it seems like it’s a normal practice to cut people’s sessions shorter. Nelson was an awesome massage therapist and I enjoyed every minute of that massage. If he were at another spa, I would go to him whenever I had the chance. He was friendly and really targeted the spots that I had requested. I left the table feeling so relaxed and loose. If you want to take your hard earned money to gift to your loved ones or to treat yourself to relax and unwind, this place is just not that place. Massage Envy and Hand and Stone have superior customer service and their rooms and bathroom are much cleaner."
