"Great atmosphere, everyone was welcoming. Judy did a great job on my acrylics! I especially was happy with how she cleaned and filed every nail and was careful to make sure it looked good. The shape is wonderful and the back of the nails looks great too. She was also very nice to talk with. :) would definitely go again!"
"My daughter and I came in for pedicures and because we had to wait (we were walk inside, so it wasn't their fault!), Chloe gave my daughter the cutest teddy bear and told her what a great job she did waiting! The pedicure was well done and the place is clean, pristine, and beautiful to boot! It was also fairly priced! We will definitely be back!"
"I followed my nail tech Judy to the Ramsey location This place is beautiful and super clean. All employees are sweet and attentive. I love that they take their time and don't do a rush job. Judy is the best in my opinion. I'm very picky with my nails and she makes sure they are exactly how I want them. From shaping, to thining my nails (I don't like them too fat), to executing all my crazy designs as best as you can. I highly recommend this location you won't be disappointed."
"Nails by Emma after 2 days. Came in for a dip manicure with 1 broken tip. After asking to file down to broken nail to see the length she must have misunderstood and proceeded to cut off all my nails while I was distracted. Left with uneven polish removal and multiple chips."
"Its a clean and beautiful place but definitely not for acrylics. First, I’m always uncomfortable when salons attempt to rip off preexisting nails or dig it out with another nail. Its lazy technique, extremely dangerous and unsanitary. I also think that if someone requests a soak off instead, it should be done. I’ve also never seen coffin shape done this way and Ive been getting it since 2016. it looks more like a sharp awkward oval with slight side slant. Every nails “coffin shape” looks different compared against each other. The shape is mismatched with varying thickness of the sides and slope per nail. I think most importantly customers should feel comfortable asking for any alterations during the service they’re paying such an amount for. its never a good feeling leaving a nail salon after paying/tipping for not great work , knowing you need to find another place to fix it ASAP."
