"I love Massage Envy! I go to Terri for my massages and she’s the absolute best. She does such an awesome job and is so nice! She will always ask you if you’re enjoying your massage and always does the most for her customers! We always have conversations when I come in and she will remember every conversation from each appointment. She definitely pays attention to her clients and cares about them all. "Not impressed. For $154 plus tip on a 60 min massage no extras I expected better. The massage was average at best. Customer service was alright. When I came out of the massage room my therapist was just gone; didn’t make sure I felt okay, say goodbye or anything. All seemed sub par, but they didn’t forget to ask me if I want a membership! No thanks. The pricing should reflect the quality of service, and it really doesn’t."

"Went into massage Envy at Ramsey today and had there NEW Light Stim LED Bed Treatment. It was amazing! I have on going pain in my knee joints. Getting on the LED Bed helped. It helps with muscle, joint and arthritic pain. I can't wait to go back for my next session."
