"Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! Extremely rude and demanded a tip before even starting. A total waste of money would not recommend even for my dog"
"Do NOT go here. Today my cousin and I went here because she felt alot of back pain and wanted to try this place out, her exact words were that The women who works here did a well job but got lazy during the last few minutes. After that my cousin got ready to pay and go, she paid and came back to grab her purse, the women all of a sudden told Us that "we HAVE to give a tip" me and her looked at each other in disbelief and asked her to repeat what she said. Me and my cousin got upset after a good day. My cousin told her it is rude to ask for a tip and that she would've given a good tip if she hadn't asked. We walked out angry. This place tries to rip you off more than you pay for. This also happened to my uncle who paid for an hour massage and they also tried to get my uncle to tip $20. DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"I had been sore for weeks before I finally decided to try this place for a massage. I explained where I was stiff and in pain and although they did a full massage, they definitely spent time on my trouble spots and I left there feeling GREAT. The music was a little bit loud, but maybe they're trying to block out mall noise. Very reasonable; I got a 33 minute massage for $30. For some inexplicable reason, the spa still does not show up on any of the Palisades Mall's directories: not online nor their automated phone directory - But Relax Zone is there and open! Highly recommend."
