"We had a pre screening over the phone. They said i was a good candidate for IPl photofacial. We scheduled the appointment and i was told to be on time because the Aesthetician has another job, she needs to leave on time. The day of the appointment I was called during the day to move the appointment up due to their lack of clients. I was flexible and showed up early. When I arrived and sat in the room, the Aesthetician proceeded to show me another machine. She spoke about another procedure I wasn't interested in. She stepped out of the room and came back in and stated I can not have the procedure. It confused me because she was just showing me another machine where she thought was very aggressive for your skin but i would love the results she said. I then proceeded to exit and when i opened the door one of her co- workers was listening at the door and started to run. I took time off of work. They could have done a better phone screening. The questions that were asked in the room was not the same questions asked over phone. The behavior of the staff should have been professional. I got the feeling the Aesthetician didn't like my response to not being interested another machine for treatment. Client based business. Be professional and kind to your clients."
