"My first time ever getting lash extensions. Gabby was extremely gentle, efficient, and professional. I love my lashes, I got the classic set as I wanted to build up to more volume if needed. They are super light and feel like I have nothing on! Gabby also provides a little goo bag with spoolies, separators, a lip mask, hair tie and recommendation cards which give you and the person you recommend 10% off next appointment! "The service was poor. She was late. There was a child playing around in the room, & there was no sound or other relaxing music playing. The volume is $125 but it looks like classic. The glue burned when I opened my eyes because she didn’t properly dry them & shedding started that night. I called and asked if she would fix them, she agreed but was a no show for our appointment and did not answer any of my calls. I’m a cosmetologist, I wouldn’t recommend going here, she doesn’t ensure her lash extensions will last at least 2-4 weeks (standard), or fix your lashes if they don’t last or have some other problem, which is bad customer service."
