"Excellent massage. Pretty good facial. Terrible customer service. They interrupted the service several times to try to force add ons. Including giving multiple free trials to services you’d already declined. Then they tried to force a $40 tip to make up for the loss they’d incurred by selling on Groupon. I paid almost $200 for the service itself and tipped 15%. It was just under the requested $40 tip and she still tried to force it. I paid for my service, arrived at the scheduled time and tipped for the service. Leave me alone. It’s not your customers responsibility that you’re losing money on a discounted service that you decided to work with."

"I gave the one-star review because of the customer service we got. First of all The facials weren't all that but we enjoyed the back massage. They will like to add more things for you but it is up to you to accept or disagree. After our services and ready to tip, the lady told us that they had a fixed amount of tip which was $40 for the massage. I believe the tip is based on percentages and choice. This lady goes on and on to say all sorts of things and ma’am you don't force people to do something. I like to tip but making it look as if it's a big deal and telling me to pay $40 for a $50 service is awful."

"It’s a good spot, not the best massage i have had but still good, also depends who you get. Because last time I came in November it was just ok but yesterday’s visit was great. Definitely great prices tho and nice area. Lady in front is always friendly. She will definitely always try to make you add more services and make you pay more but she’s just trying to hustle. There’s no gun to your head so if you don’t want them she won’t force you. Just say no thank you. Other than that I’ve only tried the couple massages , never did any other service. If I do will keep this review updated."
