"Very nice lodge, perfect for a family gathering in the park."
"Closed for winter. No restrooms. Ice rink closed years ago. Used to be nice winter destination."
"great rental space for a kids birthday party. Clean and open picnic tables with outdoor charcoal grill availabilty. plenty of on spot parking for groups. Park workers were on spot with any questions. the Heaters could use some updating. they were quite loud. but the kids didnt mind. I just wish there was a playground closer than the one slide and swings that were nearby."
"Nice and big and sheltered great for family picnic"
"This was or first time to Emery Park. It's a huge park. We did a lot of hiking but some parts were still closed for off season. I can imagine this place in it's peak, but sadly it's been neglected for, many many years. Most of the structures are dilapidated and falling down. Politics, such a shame. We'll go back and explore more trails, maybe play some frisbee golf. There are still a lot of nice spaces. There were a lot of people walking dogs, we'll bring our dog when it's a little drier. There is a ball diamond and a couple of playgrounds. Good for small kids. They have a small ski hill but I'm not sure If it's still in use. As mentioned there's a frisbee golf course. We'll check that out next time. County officials, we want our parks back! Such beautiful places going to waste."
