"I needed a large climate controlled unit at Life Storage on extremely short notice. To my surprise Jen the store manager was able to accommodate all my needs with a very good promotional price. Jen helped me complete all the required paperwork on the spot and personally guided me to my unit and thoroughly explained all the ins and outs of parking and moving items in and out of my unit. As a result, I highly recommend Life Storage to anyone and everyone with storage needs."

"I’ve had a storage unit for over 10 years now. In the last four years, I have not had one late payment. The staff was kind to call me on the day of the late fee was going to hit. I had informed her that all my cards were stolen with fraud alert that’s why the payment didn’t go through and I had no other card to use. I also informed her that my dad‘s had passed and his wake was two days before and my family was in town and there was no way I could get there to get her a check. Not only my upset about the lack of compassion but the fact that is a 20% late fee and I have a large storage unit that is $300 a month. If it was $15. I’d probably just say screw it. For anyone who has been with them they put these new late fees in without any notice or signatures. So I advise you all to look at your leases Before you rent and realize you will be charged late fee, regardless of circumstances. Lastly, I am a business owner as well and would never do this to one of my patients."
