"It's a gas station, convenience store, auto repair shop, and they have token or quarter-operated car wash bays. Tokens are $2 each for 4 minutes, or there's a change machine that gives quarters. I had my brakes fixed and I didn't find the price to be unfair and they did very good and very quick work."

I'm not sure if the stress was written all over my face or if it was just my whining about the day. She noticed I was frazzled and made my day by sympathizing with me about my chaotic day. She was just the sweetest lady and I'm so sad that I can't remember her name. Thank you for acknowledging my pain and turning my day around, I appreciate you."
