"The car wash is great but it's so hard to get the car accepted for payments. It's a hit and miss. I had to call customer service many times."

"I always use one of the two touchless automatic washes, but today the arm was dripping a LOT of water during the drying cycle so despite the blower working, water dripped all over the car , resulting in not having a dried vehicle. Obviously, repair is needed."

"Used a self service bay to wash my car. I've been there several times before without any issue. This time, the soap turned on for 10 seconds but then ran clear (just water) after. I called the number for help and a gentleman picked up on the 2nd ring. He was in FL but said someone local would call shortly. Less than 30 secs later, I got a call. The person asked me to switch bay's and turned on the wash remotely. I was very pleased with the customer service and quick response."

"A decent place if you want to wash your car by yourself. The bays, accept credit cards and it charge you by the time. Very reasonable. You may wash your car without rushing for about $6. I will come back when in NY again."

"I have a ceramic coat on my vehicle and can’t do the Delta Sonic thing because they’re not really touch free and the pre wash is high pH. I used the touch less laser wash and did the $10 version that doesn’t use the Simoniz coating after. It got all the salt off and the car looked great after. I wouldn’t recommend if you really want a spotless clean vehicle, but it’s unbeatable for the salty winter months."
