Reviews
"Decent structure. Always extremely busy."
"Parking staff are genuinely nice people that have a hard time persuading drivers to park within the lines. Had four instances over the past month with drivers that cannot manage to stay within the lines, thus, keeping me from entering my car. I work a long day, and end up spending a half hour trying to figure out how to get out of my space while keeping my car and back in one piece. I get out of my car every morning and look around it to make sure I'm within the lines. Takes all of a couple seconds. Since I'm only "working down there", I can't imagine the feeling that a person with a loved one in the hospital (across from CHILDREN'S of all places) must feel when they've already got other things to worry about. Parking lot operators...possibly invest in "go jacks" for the hospital area instead of making them go downtown to get them?"
"I needed a receipt so I could get reimbursed for parking from my work but the machine said “printer error” when I tried to print it. I pressed the help button and talked to a woman through the screen who said she called for help and no one answered. All she could offer me was a “sorry.” I asked her to call again but she said nobody is there. Do they not have employees? What if the gate had been broken or something and I couldn’t exit? Sorry definitely would help me there either. Basically just useless staff with this company. Also it’s 2020, they can’t email me a receipt or something? All she offered was if I came back tomorrow I could ask for one....but I won’t be back there for another month. They need much better methods for assistance at this garage."
"We had lost the ticket and somehow the guy at the ramp ONLY wanted cash. When I insisted, he "remembered" he could take credit cards inside. He charged me for the entire day. I am sure he is pocketing money and it is a lucrative business... for him. I had to wait for one hour with three minor kids in the car in order to be able to get out of there. When I asked for the number of his manager, apparently he had none."
