"This is a great place to take your dog for a quick cheap bath, but the last two time I have been there the hook to hook up the dog is broken you can get it to work but at times not easy especially when dog is not happy. And we have had no shampoo that last two time in either the reg or sensitive shampoo. I hope they start to monitor it better to make sure everything is full and ready to go!!"
