"I showed up on time, receptionist sitting under a blanket. Apologized but the dr not in. I asked why I wasn’t notified, she claimed that she left message last week. Not true! Only message I received was one thanking me for confirming my appt! Shame on them. gas to high to do this to anyone"

"Although the hygienist and dentist were great, I was not informed when I scheduled my appointment nor when I arrived for my appointment that I was expected to pay out of pocket and they would "courtesy bill" my insurance. Receptionist actually used air quotes. It was a shock when at check out I got a $316 bill. I do not recommend this place if you have insurance. As I'm sure I will not get back the entire amount I paid. Their website is also misleading as it said it accepts my insurance. I DO NOT recommend."

"I would not recommend this dentist. I was a new patient and confirmed several times that I would be receiving a cleaning on my first visit (I had to drive an hour, so it made sense to get the cleaning with the initial visit). I was informed immediately that they "should have time" for a cleaning, which was unnerving. Then I was informed that, despite finding them through my insurance provider list, they do not "participate" in insurance. This is huge. The whole point of selecting this dentist was because they were supposed to participate in my insurance. I had to pay for my visit upfront, they offer no discount for insurance participation, and two months later, I am still waiting to be reimbursed by my insurance. To add insult to injury, I saw later they had a "new patient deal" but they charged me the full price anyway. When I inquired about it, they did not respond for a month and then finally said they could not change the price because it had already been sent to my insurance. The real kicker was that they ran out of time dealing with the insurance and could not clean my teeth, which was the whole point of the visit. I was there for three hours and walked away with just a bill for X Rays. This place is the worst. Do not waste your time."
