"I got my favorite haircut of my life from Victoria several months ago, and she just touched it up again this week! The layers came out very nice, and the highlights are subtle in the best way. It doesn’t look like I’m a brunette with a dye job, I look like a natural dirty blonde!! What’s really important for me though: Victoria is just a kind and pleasant person to be around. Highlights like this can take three hours or more, and it’s nice to spend that time with somebody who makes an effort to be genuinely friendly. It’s a very down-to-earth and understanding aura.
