"The most awful customer service experience I’ve ever had. I paid my Parking and I leave for work. I come back and I’m not allowed to go park in the $95 per month parking that I pay for until Monday when I ask why they There was no answer. I have to pay the “weekend fee” If I wanna park in the parking lot that I already pay for. absolute insanity. If I had a last straw, this would be it"
"PARK HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR STOLEN! I would give negative 5 stars if possible. I want to first start off by saying the owners of this company are scamming you. I am lucky enough to have not had my car broken into in this garage, but have had many friends have their cars STOLEN from this garage. I am a resident in a building nearby and I can reassure you that something WILL happen to your car if you park it here. Furthermore, there are NO CAMERAS or security at this garage & despite raising the prices there is nothing to show for it. Parking is free on sundays which is extremely stupid in my opinion considering I am now paying $95 A MONTH for this sad excuse of a parking garage. In addition, almost every person I know who has had their car stolen has been on a SUNDAY when the garage is free. An absolute scam and I don’t know who the idiots are that run this garage but they should not be allowed to be in business. In addition, I have found human feces in this garage on multiple occasions. Absolutely disgusting."
"I'm gonna lead off with the fact that the garage itself is so foul. As of now they're gonna be charging $95 a month for one of the most run down parking garages I have ever parked in. One of my biggest issues is that the gates break down randomly and nobody answers the "emergency" number, or the regular number, so I'm just stuck outside with nowhere to park and have to drive around in laps until the machine decides it wants to work. On top of that, the inside of the garage has limited spacing and if there is an event downtown, it'll fill on ticket spots and monthly buyers have nowhere to park [for LUMA, they closed off spots. For santacon we had nowhere to park. We lived here]. The spots are all fine for smaller cars but I drive a pickup truck, and the columns for architectural support are within the spots so I cant fit in about 15% of the spots. Although, unless there is an event I can always find parking SOMEWHERE. It may just be on the seventh floor or in the extra sketchy basement. It is public access so there are a decent amount of break- ins and vandalism, although its mostly college students parking here and hanging around so do with that info what you will. There are lime deposits that drip from the ceiling and you need to concentrate in the stairwells or the cracks and pieces will trip you up. The people in the office are very kind, if you can get a hold of them. Which is a shot in the dark. I wouldn't complain at all if the price wasn't so outlandish. Between the crime and the fact that the concrete is falling apart, and you cant even park in it [or get out of it] sometimes, even though you're paying almost a hundred bucks a month, I am very mad lol. If they aren't gonna take care of the garage, the least they can do is not make it $95 a month. There is just nowhere else to really park in the area and they know that. Lady in the office- if you're reading this, you rock. This review does not apply to you. The building and the general way of running things is just very frustrating. If you're gonna be going to bing and living at ulofts or printing house, and aren't sure if you should bring your car or not, I wouldn't. I just happen to need mine."
"I pay $90 a month as a monthly user and it used to be $70. I have to go to work on the weekends and that day the system did not accept any passes including other drivers behind me. There was no one on the intercom to help or anyone in the office. If there are issues like these there needs to be someone on stand by at all time. I and others could not use our car that day and missed a day's worth of pay. This parking lot is unreliable and has made no further improvements since the price bump. It shows they do not value their customers, but only money which come from a big percentage of college students who park here. Constant cars broken into, limescale issues that damage car paint, entrance and exits always have issues that need rebooting, and there are always trespassers. Company says they are unable to put cameras throughout the whole parking lot because there is no wifi, but there are cameras at the exits of the parking lot. What does that say for ya'll?"
"LAZ is increasing the monthly rate by 20% soon and they have nothing to show for the price increase. They have made no improvements to the garage, no cameras, no security, and many parking spaces are being used by cones. Constant break-ins to vehicles here as well. Do not spend your money here."
