Reviews
"This is a full service park with Lake. That goes above and beyond it has kayak. Reynolds swimming areas, countless picnic areas, playgrounds, and restrooms all wrapped up in a very nice and scenic area. Add a few interactions, both positive with a park. Maintenance personnel as well as a security officer, not taking me confused with police. Both of them were highly professional. Very nice and obviously had a passion for what they are doing."
"Dorchester is a peaceful little park that offers a good selection of activities. There are many picnic tables, a couple of pavilions, some volleyball nets, a small playground, a boat launch + boat rentals, fishing, a walking/biking path with some decent views of the park on the dike (around 5 miles from the parking lot and back), and a small beach on the lake- there's a solid chance the beach won't be open due to blue green algae. The park is dog friendly, carry in-carry out, and doesn't charge an entrance fee."
"Launch your own kayak, canoe or pleasure craft in this beautiful and free park. You can also rent a paddle boat or kayak. Park has pavilions, restrooms and fire pits to cook up some hotdogs or hamburgers."
