He later graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in English from Stony Brook University in 2007, where he was honored as a member of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa International Honor Society. Pursuing his passion for dentistry, he earned his D.D.S. degree from Stony Brook University in 2011 and distinguished himself as Chief Resident in Pediatric Dentistry at Stony Brook University Hospital. By 2013, Dr. Grandville had earned his certificate as a specialist in pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Grandville holds the esteemed title of Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, underscoring his dedication to maintaining the highest standards of dental care. He is an active member of the Suffolk County Dental Society, the New York Dental Society, and the American Dental Association, ensuring that he remains at the forefront of advancements in pediatric dental care.
