"I’ve been going to this dentist since I was child and never had any issues until today. At the end of my appointment, Dr. Scott started grilling me about why in 2023 do I still choose to wear a mask in public and if I plan on wearing a mask for the rest of my life. He then proceeded to talk loudly to the receptionist, while I was in the waiting area, about how me coming in for this appointment was a waste of time. I never write reviews but I had to because I’ve never had anybody, let alone my dentist, give me a hard time about a personal choice."

"I don’t normally write reviews ,but I had to because I thought the way a situation was handled today was very inappropriate.They do have great dentist assitant crew and Hygienist. I am a student who attends clinical. I don’t live near this dentist and I decided to come here because I was seeking a better dentist office. There aren’t many great dentist office where I currently live. It was mentioned from the receptionist that the Doctors Availability was only Thursday. I did mention Thursdays aren’t the best days for me because I do attend clinic and I’m there very late and this dentist office don’t have very late appointments. I am a dental assitant/receptionist my self so I understand how they feel when a patient does miss their appointment . In my opinion the best action that should have been taken is to charge a fee and it’s typically done in most dentist office. So I did proceed to make a second appointment, before I made the appointment I wasn’t sure and I did mention to the receptionist that I’m not sure if I should make an appointment due to my current situation. I was told that it was Ok and I can just always reschedule. I tried making an appointment today because I did have available dates on my calendar. The receptionist told me that I wasn’t allowed too. I was told that the computer was “ locked “ which does not actually happens & I only can make an appointment on the same day. Which I thought wasn’t fair because if I’m only allowed to make a same day appointment I’ll only be able to receive what ever is available or not available. Then the receptionist rudely told me to go somewhere else. She then handed me the phone to a Dr. who wasn’t even the Dr. I was seeing and he talked to me rudely just to tell me that the receptionist was correct without letting me have a chance to speak. It was not mentioned until after this scene that now the Doctor comes in on Wednesday and not Thursday. I felt that I should have received a warning before actually rescheduling and notified that I would have a limited option to scheduling if I wasn’t able to make it. It was done completely unfair and it’s a disappointment."

"The woman calling and confirming appointments has no idea what she is talking about. She called me to inform me my insurance would not cover my next filling and was very sure on this, this bothered me greatly as I need my tooth filled immediately so after calling my insurance and confirming they will actually cover I called back and she continued to tell me she was sure they would not cover it and would not own up to her wrongdoing. Know what you are talking about before you call someone telling them like you know everything. Also all the people who work here are very rude and condescending except for the actual dentist who works here who is a woman. She does good work but don’t come here"

"Long story short, my original dentist was dr.Gill who treated me horrible. I waited so long to return to the dentist because I was scared and petrified of getting treated horribly again. the pain in my tooth had turned into a excruciating pain that caused the mouth to swell and along with bad headaches. The receptionist took me in right away and I was treated with so much care and concern. The dr pulled my infected tooth and filled in some holes...which is more than what I could ask for. his assistant sat with me and talked to me which made me feel very welcomed. I refuse to go to anywhere else. this is the best Ive ever been treated in a doctors office."

"By far worst experience ever!!! Do not ever use this office. Came in with severe pain after a horrible oral procedure. I was given appt same day which i was happy with but boy what a disappointment. "Dr J Simonetti was rude, condescending, and was more concerned about setting up a check up n cleaning instead.'" Why?? So he can make his money. Meanwhile, I can't even open my mouth!!! Went to diff dentist n was treated with care, compassion. Something this guy should look up in the dictionary. I wish there was zero star option."
