"On our way home during our 6 hour trip from Buffalo, we got a flat on our box truck. Not a tire that most people will have in stock. And being it was 530 at night on a Sun, good luck finding anyone open or willing to help us. One person told us that he would charge us $590 just for the service call then we'd have to buy the tire on top of that and he didn't even know if he could get us the tire. Last ditch effort call to Redline and lo & behold not only did he have just 1 of that tire, he put it on for us in no time and had us back on the road. What a genuinely nice guy. Restores my faith in humanity. Thank you so much help. You really saved us."

A little googling and we found Redline. We called and the super nice guy opened up after hours for us, found the right size tire and made the switch. The only downside was it was cash only. But that's well worth the trip to the ATM. If you find yourself in similar situation in the area give 'em a call and ask for help. Turns out there are still nice people in this world. Go figure."
