"Don't allow this place to perform medical service in your mouth. It is evasive and if the doctor assigned to you is Dr. Hussein. Change dentists! I transfered from another office in Florida under the same Dental Network (Great Expressions). After getting ready, driving all the way to the office and sitting in the procedure chair Dr. Hussein tells me, she's not my regular dentist and she didn't want to do the service. I immediately got frustrated as this could've been told to me when I made the appointment. My schedule is very busy. I asked her to explain the procedure as I never needed a needle before. Mrs. Hussein gave rushed service, told me, "I have other patients waiting" Totally disrespectful knowing that I'm paying. I left and didn't get my fillings because she was so rude. I couldn't pay her my money and knowingly feel confident with her performing dental work on me. When I left the procedure room nearly in tears, she was whispering something to the front desk assistant and as I walked up and said yes I do not want her servicing me, she walked away. Just terrible and completely unprofessional. I encourage everyone to definitely stay away from Dr. Hussein and to find a dental office offering better service with 4 or more stars. There are too many other dental offices that will give far better service. I'm GLAD I never paid to have my filling done by Ms. Hussein that day."

"Terrible service. My mom called to make an appointment for my younger brother with a cavity. She was given an appointment three times and every time she had taken off work and built her schedule off these appointments they would claim that she “didn’t have an appointment”. She showed them several voice mails and messages proving that she got reminders to come in on these days however they said since she isn’t in the system she would have to make my brother an appointment yet again. The last time she went into the office the woman and man at the front desk handed her papers to fill out. My mom struggled to fill out the paper work because her English isn’t very good. She asked if someone can translate or help her understand what needs to be filled out and they all refused. Eventually they told her since she’s taking too long that they're canceling her appointment. My mom was frustrated and explained that this is her third time taking off work and that this appointment is for a child who’s in pain. The lady argued with her and told her that she didn’t care and that she’s canceling her appointment. By that time I had walked in, finished the paper work for my mom and headed out. They took my mom and brother in to get checked out. After my mom was done with the doctors inside, the doctors told her to make an appointment for next week because they need to see my brother again. When my mom told the lady upfront she told her that there are no appointments until next month. My mom explained that it was strange because the doctors inside told her they will be available next week to see my brother. The lady proceeded to yell at my mom and ask her “do u not understand English?”. My mom then walked out without an appointment as the lady continued to mumble underneath her breath. I’ve also personally had very bad experiences at this office. I’m extremely certain that they have many immigrant clients who come in daily. Trying to cancel their appointments or belittling them because they are unable to understand you is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. If you cannot deal with clients patiently then you simply shouldn’t be in the medical field. This is your job. Do not go here."

"If I could rate this place zero stars I would. There’s a reason why so many people have rated this place one star.... I saw all the negative reviews of the front desk being rude but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try them anyways. Biggest mistake. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this place especially with a nasty Hispanic lady at the front desk with big poofy hair. Already called my insurance to change my dentist. **EDIT: Only 6 months after my dental work and the SAME teeth I originally went in for are already hurting again. Also I’ve never experienced sensitivity in my teeth and you guessed it...now I do. I went into another dentist and they said whoever did my fillings did a horrible job. Went to another dentist to get a second opinion because I’m sick and tired of this pain and they said the same thing. Save your time and money!"

"I was visiting this office 4 times. Every time I had an appointment and waited more than 2 hours each time. Thanks last time I was there I was for something which the doctor did wrong. Instead of helping me out right away I had to wait 2 hours again. This place have no respect for you not any respect for appointment made. They are extremely rude. The Spanish dude up front looks and acts ghetto. Doctor also incompetent. He wanted to build a crown on a bad tooth which had to be removed somewhere else. Money hungry, rude, and incompetent doctors. Please do not waist your time and effort to visit them just to find out all this negative reviews are true or not. They all true , I'm sharing my honest opinion with you. Avoid this practice at all cost please..."
