"I am STILL waiting to be seen. I have already been waiting 1.5 hours. Only had X-rays done and they don't do cleanings on same day as exam. But honestly with all the wait I should have gotten a cleaning instead of sitting in chair for 30 minutes doing nothing. Havent seen doctor yet but I'm already disappointed. Drowsy attendent just told me I will be seen soon but that's not enough. Soon it will be 2 hours that I have been here. I will say Dr. Will was apologetic and acknowledged how it wasn't a good impression for a new patient. The exam was quick and I will go back hopefully wait time will be more reasonable."
"The first visit was an emergency, and I saw the dentist within an hour. The second was a scheduled appointment to follow-up. I arrived :45 minutes early for my 11:00a.m. because I work in Harlem & thought getting there early may work in my favor. It did not. Midday rolled around & nothing. It was 12:38 when I decided to leave. An hour & :38 minutes. Second visit was the same. I was seated in the dental chair at 12:20 while the dentist was with another client. I waited ten minutes & left. No doubt it would be two hours of waiting. If you got all day to sit for a dentist, this is the place for you."
