"I had to get an emergency tooth extraction last night. I called at almost 5pm and they were able to squeeze me in. I went to their office via Lyft and when i was done with the surgery I was too sedated to get myself home. Nurse Dina and her husband dropped me off at home and made sure i got in safely and for that I am very grateful. Thank you very much!"

"The experience was okay. I booked my appointment at 3:30pm and needed to wait a while due to short staff. The surgery went great. What I didn’t like was that they told my boyfriend he should’ve had the prescription ready. That was weird to say because they needed to prepare it and it wasn’t until after my surgery when all businesses were closed. If someone is accompanying you, request your prescription before or during surgery just to be safe. Good luck !!"

"I had my wisdom tooth removed by dr Laifook yesterday. I went to my primary dentist on Monday and got a referral because my primary dentist is unable to remove my wisdom tooth. I called Dr L’s office on Tuesday and I got appointment for Thursday. It was a great experience. I was very nervous before the procedure. I had my bottom wisdom teeth pulled out before and it took 2.5 hours for the oral surgeon to take it out. With Dr’s magical hand, the process was about 30 minutes or so. When I woke up from the sedation, I did not feel any pain or discomfort. Highly recommend if you are nervous about being in the dentist office or getting a procedure done. Thank you Dr Laifook!"

"I did surgery for my 3 teeths here. The surgery went well. After surgery their service not good. Another main problem with billing. They do over charge. I did surgery for 3 teeths once but they did bill 2 times. Two bills $3000 each total $6000. First bill my insurance covered 50% & rest I paid around $850. Interesting point the second bill insurance didn’t pay. They didn’t inform me also. But after 1 year they sent it to collections. Now when I came to know that I have due I am trying to pay but I can’t pay. I’m f I call them they tell to call collections agency but I don’t find any information about agency where to call how to pay no idea. I don’t get any calls or mail from collections agency & I can’t pay them also though it’s over billing. Now I am stuck. This is not a trust worthy place for people of peace of mind."

"I had a great experience here, I loved the nurses and they were so sweet and patient while I was so nervous to get all 4 wisdom teeth out. The reviews scared me a bit but honestly all the reviews are about the same thing which is waiting. If you are getting surgery you shouldn’t have anything planned for the whole rest of the day anyways. So bring a book, watch a video, etc. What matters is if you have a good doctor and staff- and you do! I never leave reviews but I truly loved this office because of the nurses and doctor. I went back for a follow up and Dr.Laifook takes time to answer all your questions and explains everything in detail. Don’t be scared of reviews (:"
