"My daughter recently went here for a dental cleaning. She had a loose permanent retainer and mentioned that at the time of her exam. They offered to fix it for her but gave her no information regarding the cost to do so, ie no Good Faith Estimate. Her cleaning experience was not good. They took multiple, multiple X-rays and she said it was not a comfortable experience what so ever and my daughter has been through a lot of dental procedure since she was young. She did say the Dentist was nice. She also said the office was not as clean as she would have expected. When she checked out they handed her a $300 bill for the "not covered" service of gluing back her permanent retainer. She would have declined the service at that time if she had known the cost. I called and spoke with a front desk person, I assume, and wanted to speak with the Practice manager who was apparently gone for the name. The front desk person what short and curt with me on the phone and would not give me the full name of the practice manager or her phone extension so I could leave a voicemail. I work in a doctor's office as a provider and there is no point in having these conversations with the front desk person which is why I wanted to speak with a manager. I was given an email and am not sure that it was was even correct. I have received no response. I can tell you this, that I would NEVER treat my patients this way and not listen to their concerns. Our practice manager reaches out to people if there are issues and all of our first and last names are available to our patients at any time. Do not go here. You will not be treated well."

"The best dentist experience I’ve ever had. The office was full of young women that immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. I loved both ladies at the reception, my hygienist and my doctor. Especially loved being called “my love” by the receptionist, made me feel very warm and fuzzy.
