"Today was my second appt for zoom whitening. I was greeted by one of the receptionists( I think her name is Gabby), very friendly yet professional food. I have to say all the ladies that work here are super friendly! I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, and I was able to watch Netflix( believe me, it makes the time go quicker)..Keep up the good work ladies, and I definitely would recommend, my teeth loook terrific!!"

"I deffenetly wanted to take time outve my day to leave this outstanding review on the "dr smiles experience". The staff is very curteous, very attentive and absolutely accommodating. I went like 2-3 weeks early not knowing my appointment was for the future date, to my surprise Gabby at the front desk assisted me by scheduling me for the following day, even though the trains were delayed and I made it an hour late, they still found a way to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable, ms Diane was very pleasant as well. I deffenetly recommend this experience to anyone who's looking to have a great smile :). P.s while u get treatment you have the option to watch Netflix-added boost lol."

"I received an Invisalign treatment at Dr. Jacquie Smiles Long Island & NYC location. The staff is exceptional, very friendly & accommodating. I rarely met with Dr. Jacquie during the course of my treatment, which was fine, given I was happy with my progress - again the staff did an exceptional job. However, during my final consultation I was ambushed & told by Dr. Jacquie that I would have to pay an addition fee of $2500 for "refinements". This was after paying my balance of $5000 in full - which has since been reduced to $3500 depending on your choice of dental practice. Mind you, I was potentially two/three retainers away from the PERFECT smile. I emailed & attempted to call to resolve this matter but received no answer & my calls were screened. Now I'm left with crooked front teeth and a moldy retaining that I use from time to time to shift my teeth back into place. Really disappointing especially after investing so much time & money towards the process. BE SURE TO ASK ABOUT "REFINEMENTS" TO AVOID AN AMBUSH FEE OF $2500."

"Gabby is wonderful at her job, very helpful and informative. I know that sometimes people who use the groupon ad can be a little difficult so I'm hesitant to use it for fear of being stereotyped in that group, but the service of the staff was polite and friendly and we weren't treated any differently. The office was clean, modern and really efficient. I would return and recommend to friends. At the end, I didn't understand that some of my gums were dyed white in the front, and looked almost like I had buildup between my teeth. The tech said it would go away in a day or two... which I was worried about because of my work, but gabby said it disappears after light brushing, and it did. The form about what we can / can't eat was super helpful!"

"Staff was so kind -- and accommodating! I was 20 minutes late and fully prepared to be turned away but the girl at the front managed to squeeze me in (which I'm sure is rarely possible and not at all convenient). She was friendly and attentive, while juggling phone lines that were ringing off the hook. The lady who did my whitening was just as wonderful. She gave me tips and answered questions while making the whole process a pleasant experience. I know how frustrating it is when people are late but did not get an inkling of a negative tone or annoyance (which would have been justified). Will definitely return."
